How to Stand Up to Your Enemies at School: 4 Steps

Standing up for what you believe in is one of the most important skills you'll need in life. People in life will always try to knock you down, but as long as you get back up, you're showing them that you can stand for what you believe in. If you're being bullied, it's probably just because the bully is jealous of you. You should always remember that you're powerful and can conquer anything. Be strong! STEP 1 To keep bullies at bay and to prevent future bullying, kids need to know how to stand up to a bully. Aside from developing their assertiveness skills, building their self-esteem and improving their social skills, they also need practical tools on how to handle bullying situations. STEP 2 Avoid bullying hot spots. Sometimes all it takes to prevent bullying is to avoid places where bullies hang out. Did you have a fun holiday, SUPPORTER? I feel so blessed because mine was spent with family, enjoying what could only be described as a picture-perfect day at the beach. While Independence Day is a time we barbecue with friends and watch the night light up with fireworks, it’s also a time to honor those before us whose leadership gave rise to the great country we are lucky enough to call home. I view BWTE  much the same way, as it is the fortitude of extraordinary supporters that has enabled our Organization to successfully serve the City of Angels for 6 incredible years.
